We hope you love what you've ordered!If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy.
Most items sold on LOLITAIN.com may be Return & Exchange,with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items below), within 15 days after the date of of receipt if they meet all applicable Return & Exchange requirements listed below.
Order Modification and Cancellation
I want to modification my order
1.Change size or color option:
If your order has not shipped yet, you can modify your size or color options.
No size and color modification for order once shipped.
If you choose the "Tailored" option, you need to contact our customer service for modifications before production. If production has been scheduled, you cannot modify the size or color options. NOTE:That all the clothes on our website are not with standard sizes, please carefully read the size chart of each item before placing your order.
2.Change shipping address:
Before shipment:
Contact us by email ([email protected]) to inform us to change your shipping address for under processing orders.
After shipment:
Lolitain will try to contact the courier company to change your address for you. The cost of changing the address will be borne by the customer.
Please note that change the shipping address in your personal acount won't inform us to change the shipping address for your under processing orders.
I want to cancel my order
Lolitain offer cancellations for orders that have been paid but haven't been shipped yet, If you want to cancel a shipped order, please refer to the return policy!

1.If the "Tailored" order has been processed, this order does not support cancellation.
2.If the order has been shipped, we need to wait for the package to be recovered or you return the package you received before we can arrange a refund.
Order Return & Exchange
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, Please contact us by email([email protected]) after you received your package.
Lolitain accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Our customer service will send you the returning address if your return&exchange is accepted.
Please carefully read the size chart of each item before placing your order. (Size not fit is not a quality problem)
Non-Returnable Items: Disposable products, Swimwear, Underwear, Gifts,Customized goods,etc.
Refunds
1.Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item,has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
2.For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return package.
3.We will refund to where you paied your order.
4.The shipping fee is non-refundable.(IF ANY)
About Tax Fee:
1. For packages sent by us, we will bear the taxes and fees. Please feel free to sign for it!
2. The taxes and fees incurred on the goods sent back by the customer shall be borne by the customer.
